Dick has been a commercial Realtor in Brevard County since 1990, specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial
properties in Brevard County and Florida's East coast.

He is currently the Director of Operations of the Pruitt Commercial Group and has also managed several multi-tenant
commercial properties.

In addition to his Brevard County experience, Dick has represented national clients in purchasing and leasing
properties throughout the state of Florida.

Dick has completed training in Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices & Law in 1990 and has completed continuation
training courses every two years since. Current designation is Realtor.

Dick and his wife Carol live in the Suntree area of north Melbourne. He is a past President of the Suntree Rotary
Club and past Assistant District Governor. He is also a 32nd degree Mason and a Shriner.
