In 1987 Patti continued as a Broker and held several positions with the Space Coast Association of Realtors from
Multiple Listing Committee to Director.

In 1988, Patti received the "Train the Trainer" designation. This would change her career from agent to Sales Manager
and trainer.
- Joined Pruitt Real Estate's team in 1999 where she continued to manage.
- Corporate training allowed her to train 100's of agents on all aspects of real estate.

Continuing her quest for education and serving the agents that she manages Patti has become a real estate Coach as
well.

Coaching has by far been the most enjoyable aspect of her career meeting with her associates weekly to guide,
educate and motivate them to set their goals high and surpass them.
